Need Additional Support? Have a Question? Ask the Community!

This is the second of two installments that highlight the useful features of the new BitTitan Help Center. In our previous post, we covered the features of the Knowledge Base.

BitTitan has launched an exciting opportunity for you: The BitTitan Community Forums, which live in the new BitTitan Help Center. Now you have an open door to a great Community, specifically designed for customers, where you can post questions and find out everything you need to know about MSPComplete, MigrationWiz, HealthCheck for Azure, Device Management, and just about anything else you can think of that will support and enhance your BitTitan experience.

Sign in and participate

When you register for MSPComplete, you are automatically registered for the Community Forums, so you can use your MSPComplete credentials to sign in. You’ll see the Forums link in the top navigation bar. Click it, and let yourself in.

Ask questions, and get answers fast

When you ask a question in the Forums, you interact with other IT services professionals and BitTitan in-house experts, and you can count on a fast answer. Think of the Community Forums as another useful layer of support.

Contribute to the discussions

Come to the BitTitan Community Forums to answer questions. Do you use the MSPComplete platform to do business every day? Maybe you are a seasoned MigrationWiz user. Share your knowledge and experience with IT services professionals who need to hear what you have to say, and become a contributor to the Community Forums.

Tell us what’s on your mind

You’ll discover that the Community Forums is also the place to suggest feature requests or stay up to date on BitTitan product announcements. You can post feedback and opinions, make suggestions, and share your ideas. We’re listening.

Follow content and get notifications

You can follow individual posts or entire forums in the Community Forums. You’ll receive an email notification when something you follow is updated. This is the easiest way to keep up on your favorite topics.
