Find Answers Fast in the New BitTitan Help Center

This is the first of two installments that highlight the useful features of the new BitTitan Help Center. In this post, we’ll go over features of the Knowledge Base.  Learn about the features of the new Community Forums in our second post here.

Are you looking for the latest technical information about BitTitan products and services? It’s time to get acquainted with the new BitTitan Help Center. A serious step up from the original BitTitan Community, the new Help Center provides instant access to technical documentation that will help you successfully complete projects.

Find what you’re looking for

The fastest way to find what you need is to perform a search. Use keywords like “Office 365” or “G Suite” to find relevant articles. Top article suggestions will appear as you type into the search box. Click a suggestion to jump to that article, or press Enter to see the search results page, where relevant content is divided between the Knowledge Base and the Community Forums.

Sign in and participate

When you register for MSPComplete, you are automatically registered for the Help Center, so you can use your MSPComplete credentials to sign in. Once signed in, you can personalize your Help Center profile and interact with other users in various ways.

Browse the Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base is intuitively organized by BitTitan products. Click a category to view the subsections (topics), and, then, click a subsection to view individual Knowledge Base articles. All the articles housed in the old Community are now available in the new Help Center.

Provide feedback and evaluate our content

Your feedback will help us keep Knowledge Base articles accurate and relevant. It will also provide us with information that will drive how we can continue to improve the experience for you. Send feedback by voting on articles or by adding comments to them. Both of those features are available for every article, at the bottom of the page.

Follow content and get notifications

You can follow individual articles or entire sections of the Knowledge Base. You’ll receive an email notification when something you follow is updated. This is the easiest way to keep up on your favorite topics.

Visit the Help Center today

Check out the Help Center now by going to It is also accessible from the help menu in the top navigation bar of MSPComplete. It’s the place you go when you need help with your migration project. We want you to think of the Help Center as your first line of support. Visit the new BitTitan Help Center today, and you’ll see what we mean.
